Learning and Talent Development Program Manager

BryceTech is seeking an Learning and Talent Development Program Manager to support our Government Customer in Washington, DC! 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset and sound decision-making in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate internal resources, external experts, and vendors to ensure project success while providing strong communication to stakeholders throughout an engagement.
  • Develop presentations to communicate progress, interim, and final results to customers.
  • Interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Government management personnel on programmatic requirements. 
  • Ensure adherence to statement of work (SOW) requirements, develops solutions to program problems, and direct work of employees. 
  • Plan, coordinate, integrate, and monitor the scheduling and technical performance of programmatic deliverables and programs. 
  • Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.  
  • Establish criteria for evaluating and tracking Learning and Talent Development metrics, leads or assists in special projects or initiatives as requested. 
  • Provide input toward the shaping of an enterprise talent development strategy
  • Drive execution within specific talent segment(s) and related processes in alignment with business and workforce needs
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree preferred 
  • 7+ years’ experience in the knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of learning and talent development and demonstrated management experience in a human capital learning and talent development line of business. 
  • Experience in a technology/manufacturing or aerospace and defense organization
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to work with more advanced software, such as Microsoft Project

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
