Senior Business Development SME

BryceTech is currently looking for a Senior Business Development SME. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $2B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and industry outreach efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the industrial base for public health sector medical technology.

  • Provide direct support to the client on all matters related to Industry Engagement
  • Lead strategic outreach efforts across ASPR in support of the Industrial Base Expansion mission including supporting the Office of External Affairs and the Office of Legislative Affairs.
  • Serve as the primary industry contact for all matters related to the Program Office mission
  • Provide cross agency support regarding stakeholder engagement, FEMA, BARDA, Defense Product Act DoD, CDC
  • Conduct Horizon Scans covering Therapeutics, Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, Supply Chain, Data Infrastructure
  • Provide support for Industry Outreach and Response processes including, but not limited to supply chain risk management and emergency management operations and developments as required
  • Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support client operations
  • Identify business systems and tools to support project, program, and portfolio operations
  • Support Program Management Office operations and serve as the day-to-day point of contact between the client and corporate leadership
  • Must be Fully Vaccinated
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 15+ years’ experience with stakeholder engagement within the federal government
  • Experience with federal government acquisition programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
